To enhance your privacy and convenience, Gap-App does not require users to log in. The app operates with just two inputs: your sex and gene expression data of the primary tumor from an RNAseq test targeting the whole transcriptome. Based on this, Gap-App predicts your 3-year survival outcome from the date the gene expression data is collected. Your anonymity is guaranteed as we do not collect or store any personal info that could identify you, keeping your data safe and anonymous.
